You have to train your brain, to be able to concentrate on just one thing, without thinking too much about what you’ll have to do next. That is the best way, if you want to do all your tasks perfectly, concentrate on each of them separately.
Start a journal, where you’ll write down all your tasks, then start doing them one by one. Writing down lists is also a great way to train your brain.
ALWAYS KEEP ON LEARNING
What is the best way to train your brain? It’s to always improve them, by learning new things, such as languages. That way your brain will keep on getting new information and it won’t get lazy.
HAVE A ROUTINE
If you really want to get all your tasks done each day, create a routine! That way your brain will learn what you’re supposed to do at what time.
