Type 1 diabetes is one of autoimmune diseases, it’s usually cause by a mix of genes and something in the environment that triggers those genes. In this type of diabetes, the immune system attacks the cells in the pancreas that make insulin. Insulin removes sugar from the blood to use as energy.


The immune system attacks and damages blood vessels in this group of autoimmune diseases. There can be so many different symptoms when it comes to Vasculitis, because it can affect just about any organ.

It’s all about your lifestyle, to keep your immune system healthy, you also have to learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Getting enough sleep is very important. Eating as healthy as possible, as food is the best way to get all the vitamins, that your body needs to stay healthy and strong. Get moving, because your body needs to get moving to stay healthy, whatever it is, running, walking, working out, yoga, bike rides, whatever it is that you prefer, just do it.

Most importantly learn to control your stress, stressing out can cause so many diseases, weaken your immune system, make you feel bad and unhappy. Learn how to look at everything in a more positive way, also look into meditation or breathing practices, that should definitely teach you how to be in control in all the stressful situations.
